Situated in the heart of a region specialising in tobacco growing, Coria overlooks the Alagón valley. This old Roman town (Caurium) still retains several vestiges of its walls and gates rebuilt during the Middle Ages.

Cathedral
EX 109 E - 10800 Coria
Elegant Plateresque decoration was added to this Gothic cathedral in the 16C, followed by a Baroque bell tower. Note the 18C altarpiece, as well as the wrought-iron grille and stalls in the choir.
