  Pros

  Staff are friendly and speak English. Food is no frills but well cooked. Probably still the way they would have had it in 1725 when it opened.

  Cons

  Expensive for what it was. Go for the historic value and some reasonable food. For really great food go somewhere else.

  charming restaurant with great history in the city center, quikly client servicing, moderate price

  Cons

  rioja style salad - very strange dish, tasteless it's only for tourist who wants to visit the oldest restaurant of Europe, not for eat
