  Pros

  Cocina tradicional vasca, con materia prima de calidad, elaboración sencilla y honesta. Decoración clásica sin pretensiones. Servicio correcto y amable. Perfecto como fondo de armario. Del todo recomendable.

  Cons

  Es difícil de comprender, como un establecimiento que mima el producto, siente sus comensales en sillas tan incómodas.

  zeer goed Baskisch restaurant dat de typische streekspecialiteiten perfect op tafel brengt. lekkere bacalao, chistorra, ... en de chuleton is overheerlijk. correcte prijs en bediening. een beetje Euskadi in Madrid!

  excellent service; full menu, very well chosen wine list; Basque specialities; cordial and friendly staff for visitors with limited Spanish!
