The remains of the palace of Philip IV, the Cason is now an annex of the Prado, dedicated to the different movements in 19C Spanish art, which had a number of important artists, whose renown hardly went beyond the borders of Spain, apart from among experts. To bring an end to this injustice, we shall quote the names of Leonardo Alenza, Eugenio Lucas, Mariano Fortuny, Joaquin Sorolla, Santiago Rusinol, Chicharro, or even Ignacio Zuloaga.
