Palma de Majorca : Michelin's recommendations
Dominated by its cathedral, with its constantly changing colours, Palma de Mallorca has two different aspects to it. Its mansions and palaces bear witness to several centuries of history marked by Moorish domination, the Catalan Reconquest, the rise of the Aragonese and raids by Berbers.
