  Marc Fosh bietet hier auf Mallorca mit seinem Restaurant, gelegen im 'Refectori' des Hotels Convent de la Missio, in einem eher lässig-minimalistisch gehaltenen Ambiente eine außergewöhnliche mediterrane Küche. Die Gerichte auf höchstem kulinarischen Niveau, die Zutaten durch die Bank frisch und von bester mallorquinischer Qualität, wird dem Gast mit viel Erfahrung, Kreativität und einer Prise Inspiration immer wieder aufs Neue die hohe Kunst des Kochens vermittelt, inkl. Service in Perfektion.

  The location on the boarder to the old town is very nice in the old monastery.

  Cons

  the service was nearly non existing...or at least I could not find them or the not me, even so we were sitting in the middle of the Restauran. The kitchen was was pretentious, with mediocre execution in the presentation of the dishes. The Restauran was full of tourist , no locals and all in all not authentic. All in all this restaurant is strange to say the least, which is not becoming of the the best food wholesaler in Mallorca in the high end market - I will definitely not go there again, before they do not shape up their image.

    Nicht nachvollziehbar. Ich komme extra auch für den Service. Großes Kino, hier wird Service in Perfektion geboten. Immer mit einem Lächeln, die Augen überall, alle ergänzen sich, alle präsent gleichwohl ohne aufdringlich zu sein: Mich wundert manchmal dass der Guide Michelin nicht schon längst eine neue Sternekategorie eingeführt hat. Simply Fosh wäre einer meiner Vorschläge.

  Very good and creative food.

  Slightly on the pricy side, and MVA is not included in the prices on the menu. Internet reservation did not work.

  belissima l'atmosfera di questo ristorante che si trova in centro di palma, all'interno di un antico monastero ristrutturato in modo moderno e con una parte in un cortile aperto molto suggestivo. visto la presenza in quasi tutte le guide e giornali locali, le nostre aspettative erano sicuramente molto alte.

  purtroppo siamo rimasti delusi dei piatti che non erano molto di nostro gusto, troppo lemon grass e sapori strani.

  Einfach alles perfekt! Das Lokal ist nicht nur "sterneverdächtig"....hier ist ein Stern längst überfällig! Unbedingt probieren: die Jakobsmuscheln mit Artischoken, Bellotaschinken und Safranschaum! Genial!!!

  Servicio, ambiente y comida excelente a precio razonable.

  Cons

  Una mesa de chicas, al lado, celebrando algo hablando demasiado fuerte. Pero claro, no se puede comer solo. :)
