San Martín de Castañeda : Michelin's recommendations

The village is situated in the Valle de Sanabria nature reserve. Along the road running through this valley, enjoy fine views of the fast-running River Tera, and the lake surrounded by mountains. On the approach to this typically Galician village, note the chevet of the simple 11C Romanesque church.
