Santa Pau Interesting : Michelin's recommendations

Located close to Olot, Santa Pau is tucked away in the unusual landscapes of the Garrotxa volcanic area. Its castle overlooks a lovely arcaded square, the Firal del Bous (Cattle Mart), also fronted by the parish church of Santa María. With its charming narrow streets, the town is a pleasant place for a stroll. It’s also worth sampling the local cuisine, which enjoys an excellent reputation.
