Although its construction was the work of the Templars, today it belongs to the order of Malta. It is structured according to a strange polygonal plan. A ring shaped corridor runs round a small kiosk made up of two rooms, one over the other, where the secret ceremonies of the order go on. The Gothic style altar is florid and richly decorated.
