The remarkable group of 9-12C churches of Sant Pere, Santa Maria and Sant Miquel, of Pyreneean influence, contain important Roman and VisiGothic remains.

This museum is housed in the old Vapor Aymerich factory, Amat i Jover, built in 1909 by Lluís Muncunill. In the central nave, by the remains of boilers and enormous chimneys, stand some remarkable machines.

This bourgeois house (1907) today houses the Musical Academy and is situated in Parc Sant Jordi. Created by Lluís Muncunill (1868-1931), is has fundamental characteristics of modernist architecture.

This museum gives an exhaustive account of textile manufacturing and an overview of 19C fashion. Note the Oriental cloth, some with a Coptic style (4C).

Situated next to the emblematic 12C tower of the castle palace in the middle of the old quarter, the basilica houses a superb reclining Christ sculpted in the Renaissance style by Martí Diez de Liatzasolo.

The 13C castle Charterhouse of Vallparadís houses a museum devoted to Terrassa's history and its most important monuments.
