Calle Santiago is one of Valladolid’s most elegant streets and has an eclectic range of distinguished façades, from neo-Baroque to contemporary architecture. At no 27 and 19 are two Art Nouveau buildings. nos 5, 3 and 1 are pretty brick structures united by a single decorative scheme. The overall aesthetic is harmonised by the ubiquitous bow-windows. Situated in the middle of the street, the 1490 Church of Santiago has a fine reredos of the Epiphany by Alonso Berruguete.
