The decoration on the walls of the superb Synod Hall was restored in 1845. Portraits of bishops of the diocese are on display, surrounded by delicate Latin inscriptions.

Built in the 2C, it is made up of a small «cella» (where the statue of the god stood) and an atrium in which the smooth columns with Ionic bases are surmounted by Corinthian capitals. Large parts of it have been restored.
