Pros
Thomeu Caldentey is a most interesting chef who manages to incorporate all the inventions of contemporary cooking into seemingly simple, but very convincing dishes which are immaculately prepared. The tasting menu had a very convincing dramaturgy where every course had a strong identity but nevertheless fit very well in a wonderfully integrated whole. Altogether a very personal and unique idea of modern cuisine. Fine wine accompaniment, very likable service.

El menu estaba inspirado en sabores asiaticos muy bien combinados.
Cons
Encontrar el sitio fue dificil. El vino tinto era demasiado fuerte para lo delicados sabores del menu.
