  We verbleven in het hotel met de formule "fin de semana" en kregen 2 avonden een schitterend diner aangeboden. De chef is zijn ster zeker waard en de bediening door mevrouw was uitstekend.

  Cons

  Eventueel, als goed bedoelde kritiek voor het hotel, een klein electrisch verwarmingstoestel voor de frisse ochtenden.

  Agréable moment passé dans ce restaurant, cuisine originale et excellente . service agréable et rapide. a faire. Les paysages pour s'y rendre sont superbes

  He tenido la oportunidad de comer o cenar en varias ocasiones en el XESC i siempre he salido muy satisfecho en casi todo, pero sobretodo de un menú donde todos los platos estaban basados en la trufa, incluído el postre. Ha tardado en llegar, pero se merece la estrella. Ha introducido una buena fórmula "fin de semana"

  Normalmente se hace larga la espera entre plato y plato, incluso con el menú degustación.

  la cocina si que es de autor, y con calidad. pero tardan demasiado entre plato y plato.precio justo con la calidad ofrecida

  el tema de las habitaciones, en concreto la 201,se estaba jelido,de confortable ni hablemos,mucho frio, en el exterior estabamos a -7 grados, en el pasillo de las habitaciones a 19 grados, y en la mencionada habitación estabamos como mucho a 15 grados, asi que ya me diran,eramos mi mujer,mis dos hijos(de 8 y 6 años),y yo. y que conste que escribo esto hoy mismo, dia 14 de febrero de 2010,acabando de llegar del lugar citado.gracias por anticipadofranciso prada
