Bellver, a town clinging to a rock, has impressive views over the Segre Valley and is the entry gate to the Cadí-Moixeró park. On the Plaça Mayor (main square) there are attractive stone buildings decorated with wooden balconies and doorways. The produce from Tupí de la Cerdanya (Jam, marmalade, aromatic herbs, mushrooms, etc) is excellent.
