table de grande tradition. la carte n a pas bouge en 50 ans ni la qualite des produits et des plats. cuisine italienne classique d une regularite exceptionelle. un des rares restaurants a mettre en valeur l art contemporain. des plats d anthologie. filet de veau marie stuart, osso bucco, des pommes pailles exceptionelles
