Hotel Wannenhorn is located in the centre of Bellwald at 1.600 metres, the highest village in the Valais region. It offers free Wi-Fi, a breakfast buffet and free parking. All rooms at the Wannenhorn are en-suite and traditionally decorated. They have a balcony with either mountain or valley views. The Wannenhorn features an apèro-Bar and a cosy, Alpine-style lounge. In the evening, cheese and wine are available in both. Meals and drinks can also be enjoyed out on the terrace, which offers views of the Rhone Valley and the Southern Swiss Alps. Bellwald is the host of the Swiss IXS Downhill Mountain Biking final in October. The downhill piste for biking is open all summer. The Aletsch ski and hiking area can be easily reached from the Wannenhorn, and the cable car is only 20 metres away.
