Over 80 ha, this remarkable open-air museum contains buildings from nearly all the cantons in Switzerland. The idea of the museum is to preserve the original furniture and maintain traditional activities including mountain cheesemaking, resin collection ad so on. There are pleasant roads with picnic areas and enclosures for domestic animals between the houses.
