Burgdorf : Michelin's recommendations
Burgdorf is a busy little town on the edge of the Emmental region, which lies within the Emme Valley and is renowned for its pastureland and cheese industry. The castle has undergone restoration work several times and its tower now houses a museum displaying furniture, costumes, musical instruments and earthenware.
