Pros
sempre all'altezza delle aspettative. Ho potuto assaggiare piatti diversi, sempre votati alla genialità, al sapore, a alla creatività. eccellente come entrée il foie gras e l'homard e nei piatti principali un meraviglioso magret de canard. Apprezzatissimi anche gli amouse bouche e ottimi i dolci...anche nella presentazione.

qualche pecca in altri piatti (in un menù piuttosto scarso).....thon mariné decisamente sotto le aspettative e agnello non all'altezza..

Pros
Chef molto giovane, 25 anni, e con un grande futuro davanti. Ottimi i piatti, sia nella presentazione che nella ricerca equilibrata dei sapori. Connubi interessanti, innovativi e decisamente geniali. Una """passeggiata"" tra sapori mediterranei variegati, senza mai scordare i sapori di montagna. Si passa dal morbido ed intenso fois gras, all'astice bretone, al porcellino a lenta cottura rivisitato in ogni suo elemento. Dolce cioccolato e pere innovativo ed acctiivante...Ottimo il servizio.

..forse una lista vini non perfettamente all'altezza del locale, ma comunque sufficientemente variegata.
