Built in the 12 and 13C, Notre-Dame cathedral was built following a fire in 1811. Inside, the raised choir contains a fine triptych on the main altar from the 15C that is made of gilded wood, the largest of its kind in Switzerland. The Treasury has tombs from the Carolingian and Middle Ages and priceless reliquary busts.
