Begun in 1280, this cathedral's fine 14C Gothic tower stands above the old town. The tympan pf the main gate, with a rose window above, is dedicated to the Last Judgement. Several modern stained glass windows by A Manessier light up the interior. The choir is decorated with fine 15C stalls. Some chapels house 18C Baroque altars. The great organ, pride of the town in the 19C, dates back to 1834.
