Moléson-sur-Gruyères : Michelin's recommendations

This welcoming village has a cheese dairy housed in a 17C chalet. An audiovisual display explaining how various local products are made is followed by a demonstration of traditional cheese production. Also note the Moléson Observatory, accessed by cable car, where astronomy initiation evenings are held.
