Spitzenprodukte hervorragend und mit grossem Können und Leidenschaft zubereitet. Perfekte Menukomposition. Ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Jeder Besuch ist ein grosses Vergnügen.

Pros
* Excellent atmosphere, beautiful views, charming restaurant, balance of warmth and discretion. * Exquisite food, exciting fusion of traditional and modern, fish exceptional, liver stuffed meat outstanding, wonderful cheese selection * Petits fours and sweet treats a delight - particularly loved the Arabic coffee/cardamom Maceron and the Schnapps truffle * Superb wine list, but since we were driving we stuck to economical wines by the glass, which were proposed by Fr Widget and excellent
Cons
Few. If anything the centre piece of the dessert was disappointing, but the accompanements more than made up for it, especially the miniature strawberry souffle. It's also in the middle of rural Switzerland so be prepared for constant cow bells and a suggestion of ... dairy smells would be the polite description ... out on the terrace. I love it personally, but it may not be to everyone's taste!
