      Chez Denis Martin, chaque bouchée appelle le silence. Car chaque bouchée est une découverte, une surprise, un émerveillement, et il faut se taire pour la goûter pleinement. Avant qu'il fasse de la cuisine moléculaire, Denis Martin avait déjà une capacité incroyable à "empiler" des goûts, qui vous explosent dans la bouche. L'ajout de techniques moléculaires lui permet encore plus de créer l'émerveillement des saveurs; s'y rajoutent l'aspect, la texture et... le fun.

      Pros

      The dinner was a remarkable and memorable experience. The twenty plates were imaginative, tasty, surprising, fascinating. With the food came a staging with creative ideas. The dinner is an event and you even could come hungry, but that is besides the point. One comes here to indulge, to taste, to savor and to enjoy the creativity of the chef. If you have sensistve tastebuds, this is the place to try them.

      Cons

      The price tag is stiff. We missed accompaying wines/beverages. This would be quite a feat but could heighten the experience. Just one bottle of wine (how much can you srink?) is a waste in respect to the 20 plates with their abundance of differences in tastes
