Pros
very creative french cuisine, innovative without going overboard on flashy molecular cuisine very friendly staff excellent wine list, and pleasant sommelier
Cons
wine pairing of the Annex tasting menu was -to our taste- not great. Good, interesting selections, but no revelatory sensory combinations

Pros
I have been three times now and it is consistently been excellent everytime. The service has been gracious, attentive, and fluently multi lingual, including the menus. The wine list is broad in scope with price points for all. The Sommelier is knowledgeable in wine and familiar in how the wine on the list is drinking at the moment. ( being a Sommelier myself I greatly appreciate it) The food is wonderful to the eye and very complex using traditional food in new ways or some favor combinations that are unusual, yet work extremely well. Clearly the Chef is very talented. The prices are expensive but you certainly get what you pay for. In short I can not recommend this restaurant enough.
Cons
A minor quibble, the menu could be clearer what courses are appetizers and what are main courses. Why is this restaurant only a 1 star? It is clearly an easy 2.
