From Zermatt, this magnificent railway leads through several unforgettable viewpoints including one of Mount Rose and its immense glacier circle, and the Valais. Beyond this, head up to the Hoh Lli (3,286 m) and Stockhorn (3,405 m) to see the landscape up-close that contrasts with the other side of the valley, which is barren and wild. A high path links Gornergrat and Hoht Lli.
