  Pros

  Skill of the kitchen easily justifies the Michelin star. Some surprising flavour combinations worked really well (scallop & hazelnut; nashi pear / lapang suchong / chestnut). We loved the pre-courses; a "preview" of the savoury courses using the main elements of each dish, served as an amuse bouche. This was also prepared differently to the "main" courses; delightful! The iced martini "disc" served with aperitif was great. Service pleasant and wine reasonably priced. Lots of food; good value.

  Cons

  I have the impression that the kitchen tries to show off too many qualities. Everything was presented in variations (olives 4 ways, carrot 3 ways, etc). With so many preparations, the flavours sometimes get lost & also becomes a bit monotonous, although this is a positive if you like this concept of menu. Seasoning sometimes close to the edge.

  eines der besten Essen seit langem: kreativ, innovativ, interessante durchdachte Zusammensetzungen, hervorragende Qualität. Sehr originell auch die kleinen Einstimmungen auf jeden Gang. Nette Bedienung. Ein rundum erfreuliches Erlebnis.
