Accessible by cable car, the Stockhorn peaks at the relatively modest height of 2 190m above sea level, but the panoramic view it offers is fantastic, and the resident chamois are an added bonus. From the viewpoint indicator at the top, you can admire the lakes of Thun, Amsoldingen, Allmendingen and Stockensee, with the snow-capped summits of the greatest mountains in the Alps forming a backdrop all around.
