This river fed by the Trient glacier flows through a rocky fissure some 200m deep, at the bottom of which a path has been laid out. Since 1994, a new bride as crossed the gorge. Nearby the old Gueuroz bridge is now a listed monument. Built in 1934, it was a radical design at the time, construted of reinforced concrete on an arch frame. Crossing it on foot, there is a fine view of the widening gorge and its river. The winding road towards Salvan also offers pleasant views.
