Pending relocation to the buildings of the new national museum on King Talal St, the museum currently occupies the western section of the ancient theatre. Collections of costumes, culinary utensils, tools, arms, musical instruments… illustrating the cultural diversity of inhabitants from the desert, villages and towns during the 19C and early 20C. Don’t miss the reconstruction of a nomad tent, highlighting the distinction between public and private spheres of life.
