This well-designed museum focuses on the way of life led by the nomadic tribes of southwestern Tunisia. The interesting collection includes items such as weavings, jewellery and Bedouin costume, as well as the reconstruction of a nomadic tent. The museum is a good introduction to the Sahara before exploring the desert itself.
