Exhibits here include sarcophagi decorated with human figures, masks featuring grimacing faces, funerary steles, and amulets made from glass, all from the Punic period, as well as a Roman figure of Victory, busts, mosaics, amphorae etc. The national museum’s archaeological collections provide a fascinating insight into the history of the city and the different civilisations which created it. An orientation table stands outside of the museum.
