Built in the mid 17C, Dar Houidi is a traditional residence which has been carefully restored by the descendent of a wealthy family from Nefta. The rooms open to the public are arranged around a courtyard with façades ornamented with terracotta openwork and include a kitchen equipped with period utensils, a granary, bedrooms and a library. The house can be visited as part of a guided tour; dinner with entertainment is also available by prior reservation in the evening.
