The heavy door of the Dar Essida Museum opens onto a beautiful residence dating from the 10C. Information sheets allow visitors to wander through the museum at their own pace, starting with the delightful patio decorated with ceramics. The richly decorated rooms, from the alcove to the kitchen, present an intimate portrait of the Essid family, with photos and objects depicting the daily life of a 19C aristocratic family. The 65m tower overlooks the medina and offers fine views of the city below.
