Port d'Assos Travel guide
Port d'Assos : Michelin's recommendations
Nestling between the cliffs and the sea, opposite the island of Lesbos, the small port of Assos consists of delightful granite houses (almost all of which have been converted into hotels) facing a harbour of colourful fishermen’s boats. Stroll along the quay situated just below the road and you’ll come past some of the most beautiful façades. Take a quick look inside the houses huddled between the Nazlihan Hotel and the Fenerlihan restaurant and you’ll be rewarded with a glimpse of some beautiful patios decorated with turquoise faiences.
