Antalya Museum is a must for anyone visiting the ancient sites of this region (particularly Perge, as all the sculptures discovered at that site are exhibited here). The museum’s rich collection, excellent layout and good facilities (including a café and air-conditioning) make this an informative and enjoyable visit. The modern museum occupies the site of an old mosque. Note the pretty türbe (tomb) dating from the Seljuk period on the left as you enter the museum.
