A bas-relief featuring a delightful Winged Victory welcomes visitors to this small square adorned with a monument of Caius Memmius (4C), a subtly decorated baldaquin which, sadly, has been poorly restored. The square is also the setting for the Temple of Domitian, the monumental Pollio fountain (97 AD), and the Museum of Inscriptions, displaying engraved marble plaques excavated by archaeologists.
