Canoe, hike, bike and picnic at this 180-acre site, resting on a barrier island between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. Ringed today by urban development, the park extends along 1.5mi of beachfront and includes a lagoon system, mangrove swamps and hardwood hammocks. Birch's former home, Terramar (1940) now houses the Terramar Visitor Center.
