Appetizer: Please select one of the following items

• Pupu platter: Combination of Shanghai chicken, egg rolls, crab Rangoon, and Tahitian cheese tangs (serves one or two)
• Mai-Kai house salad: Mixed greens tossed in a citrus cilantro vinaigrette, topped with crispy wonton strips

Entrée: Please select one of the following items:

• Sweet and Sour Chicken: Tender chicken with green and red peppers, onions, pineapple, cucumber, and tomatoes in a tangy sweet sauce
• Mai-Kai Orange Beef : Crispy beef tossed in a spicy orange peel and chili pepper sauce, garnished with fresh broccoli and scallions
• Sweet and Sour Pork: Lightly breaded chunks of pork tenderloin tossed with green and red peppers, onions, pineapple, cucumber, tomatoes and the chef's tangy sauce
• Panang Curry Shrimp: Shrimp and Oriental vegetables simmered in a slightly sweet Thai coconut curry sauce
• Pad Thai: A flavorful combination of flat rice noodles, chicken, shrimp, scallions and bean sprouts tossed in a Thai sauce with crushed peanuts
• All of the above dishes are served with steamed or fried rice

Dessert:
