Old North Church Highly Recommended Highly Recommended Highly Recommended : Michelin's recommendations

Built in 1723, "Old North" earned its place in history during the Revolution. Here, on the evening of April 18, 1775, the sexton displayed two lanterns in the steeple to signal the departure of the British from Boston to Lexington by boat, thus prompting the ride of Paul Revere. The original bronze name plaques, dating from the 1720s, remain on each of the box pews.
