This 750-acre preserve consists of three major plant collections. Covering 20 acres, the Native Plant Collection features shrubs, trees and wildflowers indigenous to eastern North America. The main trail (2mi) circles a marsh; two optional loops lead to a bog and a hemlock forest. A variety of woody plants occupy the three-acre Caroline Black Garden. The Campus Landscape comprises 120 acres with over 200 trees from different parts of the world.
