Make your mouth happy! Enjoy fun, entertaining classes and learn the basics of Louisiana cooking. Creole/Cajun experts will teach the class New Orleans specialties like gumbo, jambalaya, shrimp Creole, and pralines.
Fun is the primary ingredient in this kitchen! The entertaining classes are located in a renovated molasses warehouse, built in the early 1800s, which also houses the Louisiana General Store. The basics of Louisiana cooking are taught in a fun and easy-to-remember manner. Creole/Cajun experts will teach the class New Orleans specialties like gumbo, jambalaya, shrimp Creole, and pralines. The recipes are seasoned with local history, tall tales, and trivia.
