Limoges porcelain plates introduce Chef Terrance Brennan's tasteful French-accented fare, which might begin with a wintery salad tossing wafer-thin, crisp flavors of pink radishes, purple carrots, and turnips atop artistically composed butternut squash mousse. Meals go on to include butter-poached day boat lobster paired with an assertive smoked ricotta-potato mousseline and sautéed cepes; or wild striped bass fillets with a lush romesco mousse. Apple pain perdu is a burst of freshness and complexity, drizzled with caramel ice cream and a dense rum raisin sauce.
