It's as if Chef/owner Orhan Yegen treats Sip Sak like his personal design project—primped, preened, and never left alone. Yet this is working. Everything feels warmer now, with Turkish artifacts on mellow-toned walls and an imposing floral arrangement. The lights are low, but cast a pretty glow upon marble-topped tables, bistro chairs, and small front bar. With the master on set, the staff is nimble (if sometimes robotic) in delivering a recital of their tasty eats. Appetizer platters are ideal for groups, and throw in a shepherd salad featuring spicy cubanelles. If the stuffed cabbage stars, try it, otherwise feta-packed borek and soft manti filled with spiced beef in yogurt are equally delightful. Find more of the same at their casual sib, Bi Lokma.

      Pros

      Good place to go if you crave for Turkish food. Ali Nazik is good ( not on the menu you have to ask for it). There are better places to be at in te same neighborhood.
