This lithe 70-story skyscraper is Rockefeller Center's tallest and finest structure. It's well-known to American TV viewers as the headquarters of NBC television studios, which offers a popular studio tour. The top-floor observatory contains exhibits on the history of the building as well as an open-air platform with 360-degree views of the city. The lovely lobby features murals by Spanish artist José Maria Sert.

Pros
Monter en haut de la tour GE Building ("Top of the Rock") vaut le détour. La vue sur Central Park et l'Île de Manhattan est superbe.
Cons
La gallerie marchande est sombre et un étouffante après le bol d'air pris à Top of the Rock.
