Initially there was a casino and a carnival midway, but no hotel rooms. The first 400 rooms were built in 1972. Today the casino occupies the main floor, while the second floor is a fantasyland of carnival games, state-of-the-art arcade games and a circus arena. The Adventuredome indoor theme park was added in 1993.
