Glimpses of the San Gabriel and San Bernardino mountains highlight a stroll through this lovely, 40-acre botanic garden set in two shallow canyons on the eastern edge of campus. Collections feature 3,500 plant species native to California, Australia and southern Africa; a geodesic lathhouse shades rare plants. There are four miles of trails throughout the site.
