Named for Il Palio, a bareback horserace in the Italian town of Asti that harks back to the Middle Ages, this FiDi favorite does not stray from its theme. The fare hails from various Italian regions and is available in two-, three-, and four-course prix-fixe menus that largely appeal to neighborhood businessmen.
