The extensive permanent holdings include porcelains, carved screens and textiles from Korea, Japan and China; African ceremonial masks and headdresses; and Northwest Coast basketry and wood and stone sculpture. Western art, exhibited on the fourth floor, includes works by Rubens, Van Dyck, Lucas Cranach the Elder and Jackson Pollock.
